Ben Parham is the President and Managing Real Estate Broker of Integrity Realty & Management, Inc., where he oversees all brokerage operations, drives business development, and sets the strategic direction of the company. He founded the company in 2011 as a humble startup with zero clients and a vision for delivering high-integrity, results-driven service. Through his leadership, the company has grown into a respected firm managing nearly 500 residential and commercial units across two states and three metropolitan areas. In recognition of its impact and client satisfaction, Integrity Realty & Management was voted Best Property Management Company in Denver in the 2023 Best of Mile High awards, a distinction earned through public voting.
Under Ben’s direction, Integrity expanded beyond Colorado with the successful launch of offices in both Tampa and Jacksonville, Florida—broadening the company’s footprint and bringing its full-service real estate and property management solutions to a wider market.
Ben served as the Southwest Regional Vice President for the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) from 2024–2025, where he provided support and guidance to the leadership of 11 local and state NARPM chapters across Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. He holds NARPM’s Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation, recognizing his experience, commitment to professional development, and high standards in residential property management.
A veteran of the United States Navy, Ben proudly served as a Cryptologic Technician (Technical) 2nd Class Petty Officer, earning the Joint Service Achievement Medal, two Navy Achievement Medals, and a Good Conduct Medal. As a Department of Defense civilian, he was awarded a Letter of Recognition from the Australian government for his service and support to the Defense Signals Directorate (DSD) and Australian military operations.
After his military service, Ben earned his Associate of Science degree magna cum laude from Northern Virginia Community College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 2000 and currently holds broker licenses in both Colorado and Florida.
Ben remains an active and respected leader in the real estate and property management industry. He served as President of the Denver Chapter of NARPM in 2018 and as Past President in both 2019 and 2023.
