We couldn’t do what we do without the support of our great vendor partners. If you have a company that services the property management industry by way of residential repairs and/or services, we’d be interested in working with you. Please fill out the form below to provide us with the information we need, and acknowledge our vendor terms of agreement.

To complete this form, you are required to upload 2 required documents: 1. Certificate of Liability Insurance 2. IRS Form W-9 (download here if you don't already have one) 3. If you work in a regulated industry that requires licensure, you'll need to upload your license. If your industry does not require a license, you can skip that upload. Please have these documents available to upload before completing this form.

Vendor companies must agree to the following terms to work with Integrity Realty & Management:
1. Unless property is vacant, contact our tenant within 24 hours of receiving the work order to establish communication and schedule and appointment.
2. While on site at our properties, you are a reflection of Integrity Realty & Management even though you do not work directly for us. As such, vendors are expected to act with utmost professionalism.
3. Not perform any work that is not either listed on the written work order, or authorized over the phone by a representative of Integrity Realty & Management. Tenants are not authorized to give direction on behalf of Integrity Realty & Management.
4. Integrity Realty & Management pays invoices on a 30 day NET payment term. If you cannot accommodate this, we unfortunately will not be able to work with you. We only pay advance deposits (50% max) under special circumstances for high dollar projects.
