Katie hails from the Ocean State of Rhode Island and began her career in property management working with large apartment communities throughout the Northeast. Over the course of a decade, she advanced from leasing to Property Manager, building a strong foundation in operations, accounting, and resident relations. With more than 15 years of combined experience in customer service, management, and operations, she brings both expertise and a people-first approach to her work.
In 2015, Katie relocated to Charlotte, NC, before settling in the Jacksonville, FL area in 2019. Today, she and her husband, Domenic, live in Fleming Island with their two children and their Boston Terrier, Frank. Outside of work, Katie is an avid Disney fan, loves to travel, and treasures time spent with her family.
