John is a lifelong resident of Florida. He moved to the Jacksonville area in 1970 and obtained his real estate license in 1979. In 2011 he began managing the Property Management Division for Latham Real Estate, maintaining its business and high status, until their merger with River Oak Realty in 2017, and ultimate merger with Integrity Realty & Management in 2025. With over 35 years of realty and customer service experience, he looks forward to continuing and strengthening his relationships with previous, current, and new clients.
His work ethic is built on dedication, communication, and transparency. His years of knowledge and experience equip him with valuable skills used daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing.
