2013 is over and now we turn our focus to 2014. In doing so, it’s always good to reflect on the past when charting your course for the future. Here are some interesting stats from our business last year.
INTEGRITY BY THE NUMBERS
- 15 Days – Median time to rent a property in 2013. A quarter of our available properties rented in 7 days or less!
- 92% – Percentage of tenants who take advantage of our free online rent payments feature
- 100% – Percentage of property owners who receive their payments from us by direct deposit ACH
- 0.3% – Percentage of late rent payments received each month in 2013
- Zero – Number of evictions filed in 2013 on tenants we placed
- $9.8 Million – Value of new properties added to our management portfolio in 2013
While these numbers are already great, we’re looking forward to making strides on them in 2014. Happy New Year!
