We only have professional photos completed on fully vacant homes. Your property manager will coordinate the appointment with the photographer. If your property is not vacant yet but will be soon, you can still submit this order form now and discuss with your property manager on the best time to have the photos taken. Photography ordered through Plan-O-Matic.

Unless you already have sufficient funds in your property escrow account with Integrity Realty & Management, you will need to make an owner contribution through your Owner Portal for the total amount listed above. Your property manager will not be able to order your photography selection without sufficient funds available first. Photography costs will be included in your itemized property expenses and included on your property financial statements for tax purposes.
